Play-Based Therapy

Play‑based therapy uses play as a natural way for children to express themselves, explore feelings, and work through challenges.

Hi, I am Lili.

I provide therapy that’s evidence‑based, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs. With a background in psychology, social work, and a knack for translating cat side‑eye, I balance professionalism with humour. My clients know me as someone who makes difficult conversations feel lighter, while my cats know me as someone who still hasn’t figured out who really runs the house. We acknowledge the Melukerdee people of the Huon River and the Lylequonny people of the Far South, and all palawa and pakana peoples across lutruwita/Tasmania, as the Traditional Custodians of this land. We pay respect to Elders past and present, and honour their continuing connection to land, sea, ceremony and sky. We honour their enduring connection to the rivers, forests, and seas of this place, and the wisdom that flows through Country.

We also stand with LGBTQIA+ communities, honouring their strength and the importance of safe, welcoming spaces for all identities. We remember the children, families, and loved ones lost to family violence and suicide, and we hold survivors and communities in our hearts.
